"I'm so glad I chose this Hotel for my first visit to Istanbul. First and foremost, the hotel is very clean and secure. The bathroom is very clean with great very hot, hot water, and great water pressure. Perfect location for easy access to bus, train, and bridges to many of Istanbul's greatest sights. The neighborhood is safe and as a solo traveler I never felt in danger. Osman is a wonderful hot and always offered tea and a chance to ask questions about the area. Ask him for a Hammam suggestion...

The location is also perfect peacefully tucked away from the city noise, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, with plenty of lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.

"The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the Bosphorus and close to the old city ,also has easy accessibility to public transport. The staff members were friendly and helped secure a taxi to the airport. The room was clean ,although sometimes there was an unpleasant odour(sewage smell ) from the bathroom. The overall stay was pleasing and would definitely stay in that hotel again "
"When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a smile, offered a free drink anded to my room. It continued everyday. The breakfast for me was a good start to the day before going on tours. Spice market and food area s are nearby and transport for bus and T5 tram and ferry a stone thrown away. Staff are always welcoming and couldn't have asked for more. I enjoyed the view from the terrace while drinking my Turkish tea even the rain we visit again. Thank you "
"Was upgraded to a junior suite after my initial stay several days earlier with ALL. Thanks to front desk and concierge, Mahsun who helped with my luggage. Nice breakfast which was sufficient for me. It's centrally located and the best part was there's an airport bus right outside which was most convenient. Thank you very much and I shall be back staying in this hotel in Istanbul. "Haliç ve Eminönü'ne yakın konumuyla ulaşımı çok rahat bir otel. Terası gerçekten harika; manzaraya karşı kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltı hem lezzetli hem de yeterli çeşitliliğe sahipti. Odamız son derece temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu.
En çok memnun kaldığımız noktalardan biri ise personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü oldu. Özellikle Serhat Bey, samimi yaklaşımı ve her konuda yardımcı olmasıyla konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi.

The hotel is new, the rooms are very clean and stylish. My room even had a balcony. Walking distance to the old town sites. Nice breakfast spread. The hotel team is absolutely the best: helpful, welcoming and very accommodating ❤️

Our stay at Novel Hotel was excellent! My mother and I stayed for 11 nights, and the room, bathroom, and facilities matched the photos perfectly. The shower was great, with hot water available within seconds, and the hair dryer was powerful. We also appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water and the small tea/coffee setup.

Nice hotel in the Old Town area. Easy walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. Also close to cruise port if you need a place to stay before or after the cruise. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great except someone contacted me through Hotels.com to arrange an airport pick up. I sent the information they requested and they said they’d get back to me with the details but I never heard back.
I’d stay here again if visiting Istanbul.

The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome immediately upon my arrival. The hotel has a pleasant terrace with a pool and a nice view of the Bosporus, which is nice to take in as you're having breakfast. Economical, rooms were spacious enough, comfortable beds, breakfast was excellent, staff helpful and friendly.
There should be shower mats or grab bars to avoid slipping.
