The breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed sitting on the restaurant balcony, having breakfast while taking in the stunning Bosphorus views. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing experience."

I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day. It’s a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is amazing with the variety of food.We also had dinners on premises a few times and it was very good. 5als used the outside and inside pools and spa. Everything is very very good.

Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.

The hotel was in very central location, short walk to Taksim Square and the famous Istiklal Street, with easy access to local amenities and shops. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very good size and housekeeping was excellent.
