"They were super helpful over the phone. I had a driver waiting for me at the airport. They sent my confirmation by Whatsapp and care about us before our arrival. They also offered assistance to visit sites that have big waiting lines and with a guidan we can avoid wait for a long time and go inside faster.
The Spa is fabulous, the hotel super charming and near important monuments around.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Very conveniently located with walking distance from all the important places. We booked a room with partial sea view and it was amazing. The hotel was super clean, staff was very helpful, and the way they setup the room was very nice especially placing the floor mats with slippers near the bed with a chocolate was a very nice gesture. If I come to besikhtash I will definitely stay at this hotel and will also recommend to my friends.

I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day. Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.

Amazing hotel few steps away from Istiqlal road where the full taste of Istanbul is located. Very friendly staff and helpful quick to respond to our every need. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows very rare when it comes to hotels. It was my fourth time and can’t wait to be back again as soon as I can.
Receptionist was extremely helpful. I had actually inadvertently booked the wrong dates. They were able to make it right for me. Additionally they were able to make last minute spa and roof top dinner reservations. Great service overall!
