"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed at a hotel in Sultanamet for the first week of our trip in order to experience old town Istanbul but I wish we had stayed at the SwissOtel the full two weeks instead of just the second week. It has the best amenities including a full gym with classes and a spa for services such as massages, facials and other treatments that is larger than most stand alone spas. The food was excellent as was the staff. We will definitely be returning...

"I had a very nice stay at The Grand Tarabya. The location is excellent, with beautiful views overlooking the Bosphorus. The breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed sitting on the restaurant balcony, having breakfast while taking in the stunning Bosphorus views. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing experience."

It’s a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is amazing with the variety of food.We also had dinners on premises a few times and it was very good. 5als used the outside and inside pools and spa. Everything is very very good.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Very conveniently located with walking distance from all the important places. We booked a room with partial sea view and it was amazing. The hotel was super clean, staff was very helpful, and the way they setup the room was very nice especially placing the floor mats with slippers near the bed with a chocolate was a very nice gesture. If I come to besikhtash I will definitely stay at this hotel and will also recommend to my friends.

Rooms and beds are new, and very comfortable. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay near Sultanamet if you want a more luxurious accomodations.
Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A huge highlight was the adorable cats outside they greeted us every single time we returned! Location-wise, it’s super convenient and close to everything. The early Turkish breakfast wasn't quite our cup of tea, but it was okay. Overall, an excellent experience!
