We stayed at a hotel in Sultanamet for the first week of our trip in order to experience old town Istanbul but I wish we had stayed at the SwissOtel the full two weeks instead of just the second week. It has the best amenities including a full gym with classes and a spa for services such as massages, facials and other treatments that is larger than most stand alone spas. The food was excellent as was the staff. We will definitely be returning...

The breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed sitting on the restaurant balcony, having breakfast while taking in the stunning Bosphorus views. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing experience."

Absolutely loved the hotel! Very conveniently located with walking distance from all the important places. We booked a room with partial sea view and it was amazing. The hotel was super clean, staff was very helpful, and the way they setup the room was very nice especially placing the floor mats with slippers near the bed with a chocolate was a very nice gesture. If I come to besikhtash I will definitely stay at this hotel and will also recommend to my friends.

Receptionist was extremely helpful. I had actually inadvertently booked the wrong dates. They were able to make it right for me. Additionally they were able to make last minute spa and roof top dinner reservations. Great service overall!

Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.

Rooms and beds are new, and very comfortable. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay near Sultanamet if you want a more luxurious accomodations.
The hotel was in very central location, short walk to Taksim Square and the famous Istiklal Street, with easy access to local amenities and shops. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very good size and housekeeping was excellent.
