The hotel was very amazing. Staff was excellent for helping me out with my situation at the last minute due to flight changes which was very stressful. I had a two night stay. Which ended up being one night because airlines changed my flight so I lost one night at the hotel. I would love to stay there again. Location was great bedroom very clean. The staff was very amazing. I cannot say enough about them.

I have been traveling for the past twenty seven years and this was my fourth trip to Istanbul. Hotel Divan is a classy hotel, close to metro, lots of shops and restaurants. I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. When I booked this hotel I never thought that his hotel would be truly a luxurious haven in the heart of the Beyoglu distritct, near to most attractions. The rooms apart from spacious are tastefully decorated and contain every possible item a traveler could need. The top floor where breakfast and dinner is served provides extraordinary views of the bosforus, the horn and Topaki Palace. Also, the staff are very helpful. I hope to return soon.

This small hotel is a true gem! It is a short two-block walk to Sultanahmet Square where you will find the Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern. There is also a station there for Tram 1, which you can take to explore the city. The staff is wonderful-friendly, helpful, and pleasant.
Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.
