Little things like not knowing when the room would be cleaned and having to ask on two occasions after 3pm. Breakfast had few western things but otherwise was ok.

Clean and spacious apartment with a great open view of the city. Good internet in the living area, but not that great in the bedroom. Good shower with unlimited hot water. Good bright lights. TV could be bigger with better channels. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat!

Hotel has a great location across from Vernisage weekend market. Larger well maintained rooms. I had a junior suite with small balcony; although not much of a view. The head doorman Hovhannes was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Also the lady at the reception desk, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was great and demonstrated excellent hospitality.
