"This is definitely a budget motel. Nevertheless, it was clean &, most importantly, given the Arkansas heat in August, the air conditioning worked perfectly. While the paint on the walls looked good, & the shower unit looked new, it would help the appearance of the room to paint the back of the door more frequently. It looked like it had been scuffed on multiple occasions with luggage, or something."

"I booked a king/non-smoking, upon check in I was told I did not book that room but rather a double/smoking room. She was adamant that I did not book the room that I had and that there were no King/nonsmoking rooms left and asked if I want to cancel the entire reservation!!! I pulled up my reservation on my phone which showed the king/nonsmoking and amazingly they had one available. She was very rude and, had I not had proof of my reservation she was going to put me in something I did not pay for, or worse, cancel the entire reservation. "

"This is a no frills motel. It could use a little updating but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There were not many choices of hotels in Ozark but this looked to be the better option. And I was correct to choose this one. If I return to Ozark, I will stay there again. The owner was friendly and the staff upon check in was kind and informative."
