Exceptional stay in the Family Rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast. Breakfast is not included if you book on a third-party site, it is well worth purchasing it! So many delicious options. The dinners are a bit pricey, but the food is extraordinary. Try the Bar-B- Que ribs and the Tenderloins. Fantastic! Easy trip to downtown Bruges.
We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.
Perfect location in the magical town of Bruges. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable with great nearby restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sights. Room was modern and spacious with all amenities.
They have a beautiful patio right on a canal. Our room was large and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the main square and several museums. Everyone speaks English and both the hotel staff and people on the street were very helpful.
The hotel is immaculately maintained, and staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to provide assistance if needed. Thomas at the front desk was especially helpful in answering questions about train service to the airport as well as several other matters. Breakfast offered a good variety in a nicely decorated sitting area. The hotel itself appears to have been a mansion of some sort in years gone by, and has some impressive architectural features. Our room was on the small side, though otherwise...
When choosing this hotel we weren't expecting all that much. Our first time in Brugge and all the options seemed modest. However, Brugge was enchanting from the time we approached the city center! The narrow streets, the medieval buildings all over town, the warmth of the people was fabulous. Upon arrival the hotel staff was very helpful with our car and luggage, they offered water and sweets while we checked in. The hotel is run and operated by the owners under the Relais Chateaux franchise and...
Quay17 is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The room was beautiful with a view of the canal. It had a large bathroom with both a shower and tub . Everything is very modern. They have a delicious breakfast. The owners, Hans and Tamara are extremely nice and helpful. Quay17 is an incredible place with two the kindest B&B owners I’ve ever met. I would absolutely stay here again.
We stayed in the Guesthouse 17. For the price and location it was excellent. So close to the main city squares. Room was clean. In the Guesthouse be prepared to climb a couple flights of stairs.
I really liked this hotel, front desk person was very informative. The only negative thing about this hotel was the they have 2 poor little birds by the stairs, everytime i was coming down or up they were very nervous. I feel like they were having them for decoration, i would say if so please keep them in another place where they wont be disturbed by guests. Feed them with better food and where they can receive direct sun light. The 2 nights i was there i could hear them chirping I didnt mind,...
Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!
Clean room. Friendly staff. The voucher for a complimentary beer was unexpected, but very much appreciated. Good and broad breakfast to choose from every morning too.
The hotel was exactly what I wanted for a short (Thurs - Sun) stay in the city: small but cozy room, private bath/shower facilities, a nice window with fresh air, internet, and a generous breakfast. Moreover, it was very close to every cite, yet away from the beaten path of the tourist hordes. A couple of antique stores nearby, a corner store, and a few nice restaurants - all next to hotel - provided enough diversion to the inquisitive urban mind at times between the attractions. All that dims...
