"Absolutely amazing. Lovely host and his wife. It’s an old building almost everything is wooden, I’ve had a wonderful sleep. Just a few feet away from the old streets/bazaar. From the time I arrived, to the time I left both husband and wife made me feel special and took care of everything. Oh and the lady makes delicious cookies and sauces! Only stayed less than a day but the impression is ever lasting. Beautiful place and people. Throughout my ten days in Turkey (I frequently travel to Turkey from Uk - and explore places) this was the best day/night spent. Perfect for couples, although I was solo and still felt magical. Safranbolu itself has become one of my favorites - there is something magical about this town. "

"The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but smelled like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. Not much around the hotel but a decent place to spend the night if you just need a quiet place to sleep. "

"I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable. The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view. "

"Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable with heat and A/C. Service was excellent, and the food outstanding and the prices very good. (Be sure to order the meatballs - without question, they're the best I've ever had!) Best of all, however, was the staff. They bent over backward to accommodate us when I made an error in the booking dates. Very helpful, very gracious, and very accommodating. Ten stars!"

"Korkcu Konak was a great place from which to enjoy Safranbolu. Spacious room, clean, nice bed. Good location, just off the main road, with easy access to the old city and view points. The hosts were warm and breakfasts were great. We loved it!"
