It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. Ante was very friendly and professional. He recognized us when we came back a few weeks later. Also recommended us ROX across the street. It is AMAZING! Restaurant inside the gas station that is open 24 hours and has fantastic food at a very reasonable price. Seriously you will not regret staying here and walking one min to Rox.
It closes to the central bus stop. The room was comfortable and clean. Oliver was very helpful and provided good tips how to get around the city. I will stay there next time.
Hotel Gallus, Zagreb, is a "hidden gem!" This small hotel is conveniently located on a main road. There is plenty of parking for hotel guests. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary manner and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here the next time I am in Zagreb.
It couldn't have surprised us more. At first approach it looks like it's in the back of nowhere; but the place and the staff are exceptional. Early morning wake-up, no problem - what time do you want your breakfast? 4:30 ? Great! Then shuttle @ 5:00? No problem! We asked for a taxi to take us to the main Zagreb Square - he got us a limo for the same price & very reasonable.
The best experiences I had there was the services. The lick of the room had a little issue and two people came to help me out with the situation. Both of them were very courteous and professional. The breakfast is superb and I don’t need to spend time first thing in the morning to look for food.
The hotel all together was absolutely amazing. The staff was very kind. The rooms were excellent and have all possibly things needed for your stay. It was so clean and quiet. On top of all that, the restaurant “Fork” was absolutely excellent highly recommend. The food was 10/10 and the service was excellent.
