"Was fairly easy to find, conveniently located if you are going to the Christmas Market int he Ravine. Although the email said we had to collect the key from the safe due to late check in, there was someone at the reception who not only checked us in but walked us to the room & showed us around. Room itself was clean, cosy & warm. added bonus was there is ZERO light pollution so the night ky was amazing!"

"Great hotel, Christmas markets on your doorstep. Yet our room (402) was very quiet. Room was spacious and bed large, very comfortable pillows. We slept well during our stay. I'm pregnant and requested an extra pillow to support my back, this was provided without hesitation. The hotel bar looked nice, but we didn't use this facility. Would recommend and stay again. "
