Great location, steps from the main train station. Very modern and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I didn’t speak German and the front desk staff were so helpful and spoke great English. The included breakfast was so delicious. You couldn’t beat their location. It was in the middle of everything. My daughter is at the university there so when I visit I will stay there.

The pictures make this spot look a little bit nicer than it is, but we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff. The elevator was laughably small but it seems to be a standard across Europe, just wasn’t expecting it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had great lighting, it was surprisingly quiet even though it was right by a bit of a popular night area. Excellent Hotel and the service is outstanding

It was extremely good. Much better than what I expected.

The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. A little out of the way but if you arrive in time you can take the Klum train up the hill right behind the drop point behind the castle.

Clean room

Wow, right outside the famous Heidelberg towers and our rooms over looked the bridge and the river! Perfection. Beautiful old world sitting room to grab a coffee and wait for the rest of our group! We were so lucky to be there for Christmas Markets. It was perfect
