The pictures make this spot look a little bit nicer than it is, but we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff. The elevator was laughably small but it seems to be a standard across Europe, just wasn’t expecting it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had great lighting, it was surprisingly quiet even though it was right by a bit of a popular night area. Great location, steps from the main train station. Very modern and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I didn’t speak German and the front desk staff were so helpful and spoke great English. The included breakfast was so delicious. You couldn’t beat their location. It was in the middle of everything. My daughter is at the university there so when I visit I will stay there.

Wow, right outside the famous Heidelberg towers and our rooms over looked the bridge and the river! Perfection. Beautiful old world sitting room to grab a coffee and wait for the rest of our group! We were so lucky to be there for Christmas Markets. It was perfect

I arrived late and was greeted with helpful staff and got a clean, comfortable room for the night. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, nice rooms and good breakfast. Convenient parking within same building. Nice terrace with view on castle. Very nice staff. We were able to use washing machine and dryer for small laundry batch. Only negative is mattress and pillows were too soft to my liking.

Very nice. Loved the cigar bar. Great food and wine in restaurants. Room was nice too.

The owner does not speak English, so there is a language barrier. He is very nice and helpful and really shows he cares
