A great find. Well run. Quiet and still walkable to most parts of the city. Would love if they had complimentary bikes. We couldn’t park Zeus Scooters nearby.
Such a welcoming breakfast area and delicious breakfast! We would’ve preferred traditional air conditioning, and a bit of a larger bathroom, but overall it was quite comfortable. Also, the bikes available were very nice. The staff were kind and helpful.
Everything was great. We purchased breakfast and it was very good. We walked to dining ootions since their restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.. Staff was friendly too.
Nice place right by all the major attractions in the area. The entrance is the same as the secret bar but once we found it, it was easy to find afterwards. The staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed it. Only thing we didn't know was you need your room key to be into the slot in the wall to have anything like lights turned on. 12pm check out was also nice so we weren't rushed to get out. Would stay here again if we were in the area again!
Very clean, great location, friendly staff, felt very welcomed! My only recommendation would be for hotels.com to allow parking reservation through the app. The hotel has a limited number of parking spots and they cannot guarantee they will have parking available for all guests
The hotel is right next door to a great Italian restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a train stop that will take you into downtown. The rooms were very clean and the hotel offers a great buffet breakfast. Definitely worth a stay!
This is the perfect location for visiting the Black Forest right at the edge of the city of Frieburg (allowing no cars, in case you weren't aware). We stayed for two nights hiking in the area and visiting the Open Air Museum. Frieberg was charming for late afternoon/evening activities. The hotel is not fancy, but perfect for most as it is well maintained, guest oriented and extremely clean. Parking is available for 15e per night. The complimentary simple buffet breakfast provided each...
If you are driving, it is a very good idea to get clear instructions from the hotel before arriving, as Google Maps and Apple Maps were quite confusing and you can spend long time searching in the area. The hotel is right near the old town, but the street itself was a bit dirty, no fault of the hotel.
The staff was very helpful, the room very comfortable and the breakfast absolutely outstanding! The best we have had in Germany. Very well served too, in beautiful and elegant china in an...
