In sämtlichen Bädern (WCs und Duschen), in denen ich war, ist offenbar schon eine ganze Weile nicht mehr Staub gewischt worden. Zumindest waren überall Spinnweben und vereinzelt auch Spinnen. Die Dusche, in der ich duschen wollte, war defekt. Im selbigen Badezimmer war kein Papier, um die Hände abzutrocknen. Ich bin am Samstagmorgen dann auf der Etage unter mir duschen gegangen. Bis auf die Spinnweben...

Easy access via Bus 25 from Hbf, up 3 stops to Schroederplatz, and then Motel One is right there and also very close to the Kropeliner Tor and the main shopping district and old town. Although my room directly faced towards the Christmas markets and the children’s rides across the street, I barely heard the noise from my room.
Breakfast buffet was fairly standard, no complaints.
I do wish there was a coffee/tea maker in my room; however. Overall, good value and location.
The B&B Hotel was a great budget-friendly, centrally-located hotel. All parts of the city were easily accessible, the hotel staff was friendly and spoke English, and everything was very clean. It was also right across the street from a Rossmann and a few grocery stores. I only gave 4 stars because the bed was very uncomfortable; the mattress was hard and the pillows were basically nonexistent because they were so flat. Otherwise, this is a great hotel for a few nights.
We loved the room, newness, nice design and the quality of the materials used and the workmanship, the terrace with a view, the slightly remote location, exceptional breakfast (don't miss it), and the welcome drink and other extras. The nearby restaurant (Rosemarino) was exceptional. We were totally surprised by how much we enjoyed our 12 hours in Rostock. Instead of what we thought would be an inconvenient side trip, we only wished we could have stayed longer. We will make a point of returning...
The staff at the hotel were amazing, the area is great, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was incredible too.
A very pleasant stay; beautiful rooms (we had 2 rooms, 4 people + a dog), very good breakfast, a small indoor pool for kids, sauna, backyard, bicycles for rent.... about 15 mins driving to city center. 10 mins walk to beach. highly recommended!!!!
Thank you a lot for hosting us. Really good place for value. Breakfast was really good just a shame we could not say goodbye. Free parking is really close which makes this place amazing. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need.
