"I have been using the Aloft for years, as it's my go to hotel whenever I am that side of London visiting. It has everything you could want and more. As somebody with a disability the staff always did there best to help out when they could. The pool is amazing as are all the other facilities."

"So pleased to have found this hotel. The staff were the most helpful and kind of any I have ever met. The room was spotless throughout and the air conditioning was a very welcome break from the relentless London heat in the fifth UK heatwave. Both the ABBA Voyage venue and the Westfield shopping centre were only about a 15 minute walk each from the hotel. Also, from Kings Cross international station we walked over to St Pancras station where we took a DLR train straight through to Stratford International station and the hotel was again just a 15 minute walk away. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant for our evening meal but had breakfast in there, and again it was spotless. This will be my go to hotel next time I’m in London. Full marks to the Westbridge Hotel London Stratford - I hope to see you soon."

"We recently stayed at the Moxy London Excel as we were visiting the O2 Arena, and it was a great choice for the location. The hotel was really comfortable, very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only small negative was the ironing facilities. There is an ironing room on each floor, but I had to try three different floors before finding an iron that actually worked! Other than that, we couldn’t fault the hotel. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting the O2 or the surrounding area."

"A fun, modern hotel in an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the tube, buses, and large shopping centre with all the shops and restaurants you could want. Rooms are very clean and well maintained, along with the rest of the hotel. Beds were comfy and showers were great. Loved the 24 hour accessible ironing room with large sturdy ironing board and powerful steam generator iron. Great choice of continental and English breakfast items available. Also offer a great bar with lots of cocktails and a good food menu but we didn’t get to try it this visit. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and we saw one staff member offer assistance to a disabled lady to help her select and carry her breakfast. Our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!"

"I’d like to start by saying - that was the nicest check in experience I think I’ve ever had , and I travel a fair bit. Was greeted at check in by the reservations manager (I’m really sorry to say I’ve misplaced the business card he gave me at check in incase there were any problems , I’d love to name him in person and would love him to have this feedback passed on / I checked in at around 2pm on the 6th of August ) What a friendly , professional welcome. This man is an absolute ASSET to the hotel and should be recognised for making such an impression. I was travelling with my son who has autism - and without making a fuss - this member of staff let it be known that anything we needed we were to ask. He showed such kindness and really read the situation perfectly. Beyond that , ALL staff were smiling and happy to help every time there was any interaction. This really seemed like an amazingly well managed hotel with lovely staff - really makes a difference. Room was spotless and well equipped and the outside area at night felt super safe with security on duty. Car parking was so convenient. I can’t recommend this place enough and will use every time I come to London now - even if I’m over the other side of town. 5 stars. P.S. Breakfast manager was lovely too this morning - hats off to her too."

"Room was clean, but a little tired being honest. Love the Ibis pod bathroom design. Bed and pillows I found extremely comfortable and had the best nights sleep I’d had in ages! Check in woman was very friendly and efficient. Worst thing was poor quality sausages in the breakfast selection - always a pet hate of mine. Apart from that all good 👍 "

"On arrival friendly staff that wanted to please and help with parking, room very small but cheap, I use this hotel all the time, great it’s available again, cheap, great location, just remember you get what you pay for.. clean and delivers far more than pricey hotels."

"This was an excellent hotel that met all my expectations for cleanliness, service and more. The hotel is not located in the main tourist hub, but we were pleasantly surprised that it’s right across from a popular mall which is massive with lots of shops and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to London."
