Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work at all during our stay. We tried to get assistance with it, but the staff was not particularly helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and had a great stay, but reliable Wi-Fi and more helpful service when issues come up would have made the experience significantly better."

"Great property. Has everything you need for your stay in Sorrento. Across from probably the best pizzeria in Sorrento, a very short walk to the main piazza. Staff was beyond polite and helpful at all times. Rooms are clean and modern, and the pool is just a little bonus to cool off with, clean and very well maintained as well. Overall great value. Thank you guys!"

"We had a beautiful sea view room, very spacious and extremely clean. A large veranda with two comfortable lounge chairs. Very large bathroom and shower. There wasn’t a coffee machine but I believe we could have asked for one (I would suggest they ask this at check in). A beautiful pool area that we loved. They have all wonderful staff, they helped with early transport to the ferry and made it so easy for us. Our special thank you to Yapa, our pool side attendant, just amazing! He made our stay extra special! Last note is in Capri there are many places inaccessible to any transport and this hotel is a walk from the taxi or funicular area, about 10 minutes. It was no issue for us but keep this in mind."

"IDEAL location next to the marian which is important for all boats, ferries, etc. Great facilities, super staff. The food and drinks were very good. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel for visit. Luxury remodeled bathrooms and gorgeous views of the coastline and town from the room."
