"I was there for 5 days - the staff were very welcoming! Lovely sized room. There wasn’t a lift and my case was heavy Sam helped me carry up laughing and smiling all the way to my room"

"Everything regarding the room was great and whilst it was carnival week it was busy but ok. What wasnt was the breakfast, it was warm, eggs not fully poached, bread only half toasted, black pudding end of packet and hard. Suggest they focus on paying guests first before walkins"
