"The hotel location was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious. Lighting inside the room was poor. There was only one American news Station,CNN, not a favorite in our books! Coffee and food was very expensive. The cafes near the hotel were half the price, and sometimes better. It was very noisy inside and outside the hotel. We would not stay there again."

"Great hotel, location is lovely, close to the metro for ease of travel. Breakfast included was lovely. Only recommendation for improvement would be for the TV in the rooms to be smart so that could login to streaming apps etc as all channels were local so none to watch when in the room."

"Check in was very smooth. The room was very clean and has a great shower. The cleaning service was superb. Really impressed with the breakfast, there was a great selection. Any staff we were in contact with were extremely helpful and friendly."

"Wonderful staff, impeccable cleanliness. Enjoyed the use of the steam room and sauna. Cafe Imperial, where breakfast is served, is stunning. A real Art Nouveau gem. Room facilities were excellent, Rituals bathroom products topped up daily. Highly recommend."

"The staff were really friendly! I was in the only room on the main floor which was a nice room, but noisy as it was next to the restaurant Next Door, and instead of a real bed it was a murphy bed - would recommend asking for a room on one of the upper floors for this reason! "
