We were in the Iris apartment. It is lovely - very spacious, nice to have a kitchen and very conveniently located. The breakfast right next store for a very reasonable charge is a great and easy way to start the day. So many restaurants and shops in close proximity and we walked to all the attractions we visited - the duomo, underground, bell tower, museums and the exterior trail around the town. Highly recommend Orvieto for a nice contrast to the busyness of Rome.

INCREDIBLE! This was our favorite place in Italy, it was like living in a fairy tale. Beautiful view, wonderful restaurant, accommodations and service were above and beyond. Concierge went out of his way to be kind and make great recommendations for attractions in the area. A lovely B&B just outside town. Free Parking and Wi-Fi. Our room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the countryside. Our hostess, Isabella, was delightful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and information on visiting the city. Easily one of the best hotel stays of my life. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Greatness! I feel bad because I forgot his name but he waited right outside for us to arrive. He told us where we could park. Then he came in to give us the run down and show us the place but he also shared places to see and eat in the city. Breakfast was prepackaged and stocked up so we got to eat some for a late night snack. The towels where the softest ever. There were even a lot of books as well as chess and checkers out for the family to read and play. Amazing stay in an amazing town...

Beautiful room with exposed brick wall and feature lighting. Nice bathroom with large rainfall shower head. Serene room with comfortable bed. The room is very quiet even though there is a busy piazza with plenty of restaurants and activity nearby. Easy to access free parking nearby with an elevator taking you up to the city center, only about 8 minute walk to the lodging. Very welcoming, helpful host.
