We were stranded because of the airport shutdown and I booked the hotel without my normal thorough review… and I got very lucky. Below is my list of pros and cons… Cons first: -Late checkout is £15 per hour up to two hours. We had an excellent stay at The Grand Brighton and found the room, restaurant, bar, and staff services to be exceptional. The location was fabulous offering convenient access to surrounding areas and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The Tiger Inn was very lovely. The Minnie was a great room, very clean and wonderful amenities. Excellent staff who were very attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - if we had longer we would have ordered hot items but what ate was so delicious and was enough for us.
