We loved our stay at Luna Simone. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the perfect start to the day. The family made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate my family. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
The room was super cute. The location is excellent! There is public transportation right outside the door. Many dining options. Many things to see nearby! The rooms had AC. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful! The only issue is if you have mobility challenges you would have to request a lower floor. Probably my best stay in London so far!
Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.

Great time trying something new. The place is great and in the middle of everything! I got a single but had to upgrade to a double for more comfort. But all in all it was exactly what I needed.
Very good, small and cute hotel. You can walk 10-15 minutes to many tourist attractions. Rooms are not very roomy but relative to price you pay in London, this is good value.
The Hotel Xenia worked out very well for our London trip. It was close to two Underground train stations and close to restaurants. There is a grocery store next door to the hotel which was convenient to get items like water for our everyday trips. The hotel room was, of course, small but it is London. It was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and each day when we returned from our long day of touring, there was a small pastry...
The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.
Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere.
The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym.
The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street.
Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.
