Stopping in this house was one of the best experience in our two week trip. I wish we stayed here longer, but we had to return our car next morning in Lisbon. You feel submerged into the Portuguese rural cultural environment. Awesome views around the place, clean air, super quiet, and there's a nice big pool. Better than any 5 star hotel. When we were leaving, some people with Swiss plates came. We'll stop there again for sure!
Very large, clean room. Wonderful balcony overlooking a river and ruined medieval fortress. Large bathroom. Difficult on-street parking on a steep road (drag your bags into the hotel). No refrigerator or microwave, but very comfortable and well air-conditioned. Very friend staff. Affordably priced. In a cute little town and well-located. Would happily do it again.
