"I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, it's new and spacious, the rooms are comfortable and dark at night. The location is perfect for anywhere in Utrecht, just across the street from the train station and walkable to the rest."

"The staff were unhelpful when we asked for extra pillows as due to a disability I have to sleep upright. This was very disappointing as they offered no solution. The room was cold, everyone was complaining. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a long way from shops or cafes"

"Location was fantastic! Room was clean, comfortable and the size was fine. The check-in staff were nice. Breakfast was okay, didn't realise upon booking that it's not a buffet but the same set menu every day. The breakfast attendants weren't really present either (so I couldn't ask them to fill up the empty tea selection on both days). I would stay here again but wouldn't bother with the breakfast inclusion."
