Amazing views from our room. It's always disappointing however to be given twin beds instead of a double and the mattress protectors made the bed very sweaty.
Breakfast was very busy so maybe that's why we didn't have the best experience.

Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. Everything was good. Close to sintra train station, walkable distance to sintra city center. The room was clean and breakfast is also good. Coffee machine on basement is free for use anytime.
this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit

A 6 night stay. The a/c did not work as we reported and we changed rooms. Staff very helpful. The electrical outlet by the bed was not operational. Bathroom door out of alignment and did not close. Wood floor in around toilet is stained (water marks) and not hay We expect on a $200 Euro/ night room.
