Staff at hotel was very helpful with scheduling our transport to the cruise terminal and offering advance concerning Ybor City!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice. The kick back was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel & room was clean!! Staff were friendly & great!! Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week roadtrip. The card reader for the exterior door was broken and we had to walk around the building to get in. Not good at night or in the rain.

A bit outdated but super comfortable and did its job of giving us a clean place to sleep! They are doing renovations which was a wee bit loud and wish we had known before booking but they were done before we went to bed so it didn’t affect sleep. The staff was excellent and kind!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable - AND quiet! The only thing I noticed that they may want to change is when the lobby restrooms are cleaned. Both days this was during breakfast, which is of course the busiest time. This also happened while our seminar was going on, which meant when we had a break, the only restroom available to us was out of order. Annalise was amazing!!!! She rocked it!!! She was by herself and had a party set up with new guests coming in and making sure several times that I was taken care of. She is a superstar and should be a model of how a guest should be treated. Great work ethic!!!

Amazing experience

Nice and modern, comfortable and friendly staff!

We stayed here for 2 days on a mini vacation. The location was excellent for visiting museums and there were plenty of restaurants. The front desk personnel as well as the rest of the staff were very helpful and tireless. The hotel has its own parking garage which was convenient. At this time it was $22 a day which was reasonable considering you didn't have to worry about parking or safety. Your room key opened the garage gate and then it allowed entry into the hotel and right to the elevator....

We enjoyed everything about our week stay. The staff are so nice. To respond to the person who said the live music next door kept her up is no way true. Once you close the slider you cant hear anything, very noise proof. Nice private beach, clean pool and hottub. Room was spacious with 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave and coffe pot. They even have cooking pans, plates, utensils etc. We enjoyed our stay so much this is our spot for now on as we come down 2-3 times a year

The room was much larger than expected! The continental breakfast was excellent and everything was neat and clean. Overall, an excellent stay. 😄
