Hotels in Westchase

Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable - AND quiet! The only thing I noticed that they may want to change is when the lobby restrooms are cleaned. Both days this was during breakfast, which is of course the busiest time. This also happened while our seminar was going on, which meant when we had a break, the only restroom available to us was out of order. The site was clean and quiet. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport as well. It’s near a mall and multiple restaurants.

Annalise was amazing!!!! She rocked it!!! She was by herself and had a party set up with new guests coming in and making sure several times that I was taken care of. She is a superstar and should be a model of how a guest should be treated. Great work ethic!!!

Our room was extremely small and we could hear neighbors like they were in our room. We booked this hotel primarily for the airport shuttle. Wasn’t able to use it because we needed to leave 30 min before it started. Waste of money.

Overall, a great experience and great staff

I arrived way after check in and staff was more then welcoming my family and I and let us stay with out extra charge. The breakfast was good, room was clean. For the few hours I stayed I would recommend this hotel if your coming to the area.😀

Overall okay stay, room size was good, convenient location and good price. First of all keep in mind that once you get there the parking is just valet and the cost is $38/day! Not advertised or mentioned on hotel info. The other options giving was somewhere across the street at $25 per night. Hotel was very nice and clean. First day we left room right after breakfast and left a sign at door for the service not to get inside but apparently people cleaning didn’t care so they went inside anyways....

The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. I do not have one complaint!

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice breakfast.

It appeared clean. Some of the furnishings needed upgrading. Pieces of furniture looked well worn. The front desk ladies were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was very appetizing. The air system was loud. Pillows terrible. But again, I felt safe and welcomed
