3 Star Hotels in Sawgrass

Beautiful rooms and the restaurant was excellent!

Pretty palm trees, friendly helpful staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, third floor room has big walk in shower and separate tub, spacious room and bathroom, covered parking from sun and rain, convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice pool area and outside patio. Great breakfast!!

Booked this hotel based on reviews and location too. Reserved day of and didn’t get my requests (top floor, view of ocean)….but the design is so good - spacious rooms with no stale hotel smell - that I was ok with a middle floor. Hotel was quiet, clean and very well thought out. I don’t think it was full so not sure why I didn’t get my requests (view of parking lot instead)…but the Millennial vibes were appreciated. Lack of carpet, full kitchen, wood accents. Simple and elegant for a mid grade...

By far, best feature of the hotel is the pool area - it did not disappoint. Compared to so many other hotels, this pool has fun waterfalls which also provided shade. For the weekend we were there, it never felt crowded because the area in and around the pool is spacious. Loved how breakfast was a little different each morning - plenty of options. Never seemed like anything was running out. The bar and grill had great conch fritters - husband ordered them twice. Room was pretty typical but...

Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.

This property was in a convenient location between the college/university campuses and the beach. In addition to coffee shops and restaurants, there were plenty of shopping options within a few miles of the hotel. The rooms were quiet and the property was clean. The pool area was stocked with towels and comfortable reclining pool chairs. The only negative was that the pool was not heated. I would definitely stay at this property again!

I was not able to check in with my Expedia reservation and I had to pay again at the front desk I need a refund from Expedia

Very comfortable room, friendly staff. Breakfast is NOT included and available on site for $19. Comfortable lobby area. Elevators were quite slow. Good location with easy beach access and near the Jax Pier. Restaurants and stores within easy walking distance.

I have trouble when walking cannot breathe well. Check in was quick and a sofa nearby..Staff met me outside entrance loaded and unloaded upon arrival and departure. Room was comfy and the mattress did not kill my back like most hotels. I did not use the snackbar or bistro. My room was ground floor near pool noise minimal and quiet by 8-10 pm.Beautiful grounds made me wish I could walk more. I was able to find handicap parking and hotel appeared to be pretty full for a weekend.

Good

The manager on duty was great

Room was very clean, which we so much appreciated!! Hot breakfast covered all the bases from fruit, eggs, made to order waffles,French toast, bagels muffins, juices coffee and oatmeal, biscuits and gravy. the location was close by the Mayo clinic. The only thing I did not like was the 13.00 per day parking fee. The parking was on site, so I feel the charge was just a money grab!! But overall I was pleased with my stay, exceeded my expectations!!

Great 2 night stay and late check out 12 pm Beach within 100 meters Short uber ride to trending cafes and resturant

The rooms were very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I’ll be coming back.

Great location, clean, happy and helpful staff, all around a great place to stay. We will for sure be back!!

Nice

We always stay at Hotel Indigo when we visit Jacksonville. The hotel is updated and modern, the area is quiet and safe, and there is so much shopping and dining within a 10 mile radius.

Not being familiar with the Jacksonville area this was sort of a central location. Getting around was pretty simple. The staff was great with helping to answer questions

Good location right off of I-95. Hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is a bistro in the lobby which also has a bar that is open till 10pm. It was nice to come in from dinner, get a drink, and take it up to the room. One thing i didn't realize when I booked this room - the hotel is right next door to a hospital and the view from my room was the ER entrance. I was worried that I would hear sirens all night but I didn't hear a thing. It was a...
