"Had no coffee, floor was sticky slick, carpet was wet. Did not look clean. No bags for ice bucket and you have to buy ice.
When we booked everything online said free parking however there is a daily fee to park. Office staff was rude and unfriendly at check in. House kerping staff was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately while we were there the fire alarm kept going off. The online site said it was newly remodled, if it was we were not in one of those rooms."
"Hot tub was cold and broken then was out of order for most of our trip. Lots of loud trashy behavior occurring from other hotel guests all through the night, despite efforts to get them to be quiet, so the walls are paper-thin. The heated pool is not actually heated, had trash and floats all around, and a layer of grease across the top. The private beach was great though. And the employees are very kind. Give them all a raise! "
"Staff was really nice, only issue we had was our room stinking really bad, even with the door open and letting the air circulate and rust on everything. Vending/wash room stunk too.
Pools were really clean, lobby was clean, check in and out was really quick and easy. "
