"Amazing value for money, we were scheduled to pick our son from Creamfields Festival… staff offered excellent advice on best place to park/pickup to avoid the massive traffic jams. Food was excellent value for money, room was very clean and tidy as were all other areas around the restaurant/bar/seating/reception area. Would stay again, excellent value."
"Lovely night, pool and facilities all great. Would definitely go back again. Staff are so helpful and polite. Food was amazing in the restaurant and so was breakfast
Beautiful place to have a break"
"Shirley and Gary are a wonderful couple, very helpful and always got time for a chat. Gary's breakfast is great and sets you up for the day. The room was spacious and clean with tea and coffee replenished daily. Free parking at the front is a bonus and you are situated handily between the promenade and the shops on Lord street. All in all we had an excellent 3 nights here."

The Titanic Hotel should be a must if you are going to be staying in Liverpool. Besides the historic nature, it is an very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The staff are amazing, the room was spotless, and the food is wonderful. The bedding, for me, was perfect. I generally have trouble getting a good night sleep the first night in a hotel but this room was so comfortable I fell right asleep. The decor is the chief's kiss for any Titanic buff. Admittedly, I booked the stay due to this...
We drove up to the hotel I had booked and my partner was immediately disappointed to have arrived at a Holiday Inn located in an office park, but by day 4 of our visit to the Wigan area to visit friends and family, we both appreciated how great a spot we had found for our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind - esp. Ezra! The room had all the basic needs with the exception of a refrigerator which we really would have appreciated. The bed had crisp, clean sheets and was very...
Lovely hotel near the water with a 360-degree view rooftop bar. The air conditioned room was a blessing during the summer heat wave. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The apartment is located in the shopping center, Liverpool One, which, while not unique (the ubiquitous Starbucks, Zara, etc.) , is convenient for getting to the local museums, Magical Mystery Tour, restaurants (we recommend Cosy, right next door), etc.
This is a lovely historic hotel, centrally located. From the very beginning the staff was right there to make us feel welcome and cared for. It was easy to find your way in the hotel and the room was spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. There were thoughtful extras too. The bar and breakfast very good and a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. I would love to stay again!
