"Nice Stay, But Reservation Issue I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was nice, the staff was accommodating, and I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my reservation. I had specifically booked a suite, but due to an error, my reserved suite was given to someone else. The hotel did their best to accommodate me by providing another room, but the replacement room was considerably smaller than the suite I had originally reserved. While I appreciated that they found me another room, I was disappointed that there was no adjustment or discount to the rate to acknowledge the inconvenience and the difference in the accommodations. Overall, I had a nice stay, but I hope the hotel will take extra care with reservations in the future and consider offering appropriate compensation when an error results in a guest not receiving the room they booked. I would still consider staying here again, but I would definitely confirm my reservation beforehand."

"Located in the downtown square (hence the name), very charming and comfortable. We stayed in the family suite for one night. Great communication from the hotel, snacks included with stay which made my teenage son happy. Downsides were few - mainly just the traffic noise from being downtown right off the road. Other suites there may be quieter bc they are deeper in the building."
