This hotel is in a quiet spot. It’s convenient, within 10 minutes of the business district, one hour from the beach.

Front desk clerk was a gem, and very helpful. Room had been meticulously cleaned, all sheets and towels replaced from previous guests.

We had a getaway weekend and were very excited. We were met at the front desk with smiles and happiness. Very easy check in. They explained were are the hotel facilities were located, explained about the breakfast and dinner options. Very friendly and helpful the whole stay.

What I did not like was the fact that I had to pay $100.00 deposit that nobody mentioned until I got there. and then it may take up to 3 to 5 days to get it back. So I had to go across the street and get $100 cash at 10:00 at night just so I can have my money back immediately. Never heard of such a thing...especially a tiny town like Smyrna...REALLY??? I stayed four nights on business around the Easton area. This hotel was perfectly placed for my purposes, as well as being close to dining options and recreation. I was very impressed by the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful, and by the room quality (I've stayed in worse hotels for more expensive prices). If I return to Easton, I will be choosing to stay here again.

Surprisingly, the room was very clean. Only stayed due to being closer to Christiana hospital for a procedure the following day. Good rates for location. Friendly staff.

There was ONLY ONE option of places to eat... we stayed on a Tue so i understand it's not a busy day but that was disappointing

I checked in very late (past 10:00pm) and was in no mood to deal with humanity in general. I walked in and the receptionist immediately noted my exhaustion and had everything squared away for me in under five minutes! Mood greatly improved, I asked if they had room service because I was starving. We needed a quick hotel book because my car broke down in a road trip. This was a great choice! The room was large and comfortable, even had an extra sink in the room with a microwave and small fridge. The breakfast in the morning was real nice andbthey had a snack bar that was reasonably priced. They were very courteous and allowed me to leave my car a couple nights after we departed, so that when we returned after reaching our destination, it was safe and ready to be towed.

I really love, the young man who check us in. He was very friendly, and made sure we had what we needed & needed to know. Due to COVID lobby stay clean. Housekeeper: what I dislike was the half clean all the mirrors were marked up and that makes me feel like other things weren't wiped down from being experienced of housekeeping myself, but other than that, my bed was clean, toliet & tub. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn. It was tucked away behind the Fairfield Inn (also owned by Marriot) and it was difficult to see directly from the road.
