This property is fantastic. I was welcomed with a smile and a water bottle. Great welcoming lobby, lots of seating and tons of snack options. Shower had 11/10 water pressure and the AC blew ice cold. Great hotel for travelers passing through

Pros:
The hotel is located right off of the exit 187 (I-90 E), 17 minutes away from downtown Spokane (for Seattle people that’s so close by). So I could avoid those too many homeless people in DT Spokane.
Quiet neighborhood, parking lot is a lot, I can’t vouch for safety but I didn’t see or experience anything bad during stay.
Staff are very cordial, helpful and friendly (I engaged with front office staff and dining room staff).

hands down best hotel stay ever. Super clean, modern, sophisticated room. Bed was amazingly comfortable. high tech large TV with options for logging into your own netflix and Youtube accts, free Showtime channels. Bathroom has walkin shower, no plastic tub surround. Full breakfast with many options, self serve. Cookies baked in the evenings. staff was so friendly and informative.
We really enjoyed the free breakfast offered in the morning. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The soaking tub in our king room was dangerous to get in and out of. Not a well planned idea for the room. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of service.
Pet friendly, a must for us. 24hr pool, great for our kidos. Easy meal options close by. And the wonderful girl who checked us in outstanding customer service! Also great complimentary breakfast.
Very friendly check-in staff, bed & pillows were so comfy. Love that it's across the street from First Interstate Center (and that there is a skywalk to FIC). Could have used an extra blanket in my room (to be fair, I didn't look for one). Bar service for late lunch was slow and felt ignored even though it wasn't busy. Sandwich & wine was good, fries weren't. Overall, you can't go wrong with any of the Davenport Hotels.
The property was absolutely gorgeous, bed and bedding were first rate. It was quite comfortable. The location was perfect for our business needs and the proximity to the riverfront park was great. We did not have a rental car, but had no trouble finding places to shop, dine and relax.
Staff were all amazing, the room was super clean and the bed was amazing!! They have lots of activities to enjoy while you are there as well as a beautiful pool and hot tub area!! The bed was amazing best night of sleep in a long time ❤️
I like how I was greeted and recognized with a good attitude and noticed how every employee greeted us every time we walked passed them. Pool and fitness is 24hours definitely a plus for the kids & I. Breakfast was very delicious, area was very clean and neat. The breakfast attendant greeted my family , felt very welcome . Gave my kids lollipops to cheer them up in the morning. Overall everything was great and top tier
