Miss P at the front desk was wonderful and I absolutely do not like writing this review but it is what it is. They did refund my total amount which I was grateful for. "

"The room was nice. The pool was ice cold with a window open and it was 20 degrees outside. There was not a sign stating any issues with the pool."
