"I made a reservation in the morning. I arrived at 10:30PM at night. Room was not ready. Cleaning woman was in room and said it was a mess. I asked for another room. They gave me another room for disabled. Very confusing."

"The facility was nice, and very convenient location. The air conditioner in room 308 was unusually loud, startling us awake each time it kicked on. Also, housekeeping staff was talking loudly right outside our door starting at 7:30 am. They knocked on our door at 8:00 am to clean. We only stayed one night and were traveling from a different time zone. Son was asleep. Seemed early and odd."
