Close to the boulder res and Avery! Lots of nice clean amenities. Best breakfast ever!!

My son and I stayed at this Inn and we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived after dark and check in was quick and thorough. Our room was very nice in size and had a mini fridge, large TV, small coffee maker, microwave, couch, ironing board and iron, along with soaps and shampoos. The furnishings were a little outdated but in great condition. The beds were very comfortable and the room was INCREDIBLY clean! There wasn't any dust ANYWHERE. It was even clean underneath the beds. You can tell that...

We came to Longmont from Portland, Oregon, for a class and chose the Niwot Inn from the options we found online. I thought it was going to be a place to stay and instead it was an experience to remember. It is warm, welcoming, and relaxing, gorgeous to look at, and did I say relaxing? Sitting in a comfy chair in the evening in front of a wood fire and eating a warm cookie had me relaxing like I haven't in a long time. Clean, quiet, great location.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

This is a wonderful hotel, Very modern and a beautiful restaurant on the top floor with amazing views

Historic building but rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be updated

New. Big room. Very convenient. Great location. Breakfast not so great.

Very nice, quiet place to stay and it’s conveniently located.

A good place stay with the family.

My kid and I stayed here for Admitted Students Day at CU-Boulder, and it was just what I'd hoped it would be: fun and chill, with food trucks/fire pits instead of room service. Easy parking, and an easy walk to CU-Boulder (there's a gate at the back of the property that opens onto the campus) and the Pearl Street mall. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the wifi was fast. It was a great basecamp.

The room was great for this price. Big, with everything you need. Modern furnishings. Good breakfast. AND THE ROOM KEY WORKED EVERY TIME, first time!

Absolutely wonderful place!

Very clean hotel. I slept very well Only negative I had it’s farther from main pearl street than I thought it would be

Clean, friendly, quiet, easy parking.

The balcony offered a beautiful Mountain View, and the front desk staff was very friendly and informative about the are

The breakfast offers a wide variety and a staff person is attentive to replenish the options. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed 10 nights with no problems. Because of the pandemic, housekeeping doesn't enter the rooms but we could always get fresh towels, etc. as needed. We could have changed rooms after five nights but felt no need to. This was our second stay here and we are sure to return.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is clean, bright, and very comfortable with a wonderful modern design in the rooms as well as common spaces. Parking is plentiful in the well-lit garage under the hotel. I chose Embassy Suites because our family has two teenagers and we need a little more space to spread out - this was perfect as we used the fold-our couch for a third bed. My only suggestion would be for a night stand on both sides of the beds - there was room - so I could have a place for...
