"We noticed several others commented on the quality of the breakfast before we stayed…they were right… it was terrible. Everything else was very nice. The room was large and clean and the staff was friendly. Despite the breakfast, I would stay here again if passing through the area."

"Clean room, easy check in/out, and great location! The only thing that I would complain about is that the air conditioner wouldn't go lower than 66 degrees. I didn't want it colder than that, but outside was crazy hot and the room didn't get as cool as I'd like."

"Whole house to yourself. Right on the water. I was working in Minden for the week and this was better than a hotel room. I enjoy the scenic byways so being out of town was worth it."

"Everything was in order and it is not some run down house. Big place with a lot of old times interior and wood carving. The outside is big and great for sitting in peace. I liked the location for getting up to the national forest but also to Lake Bistenau and of course around town. "
