We had a good time. The only thing is that we booked this trip to have a spa day and nothing was working in the spa area. The over $300 we paid was not worth it. No sauna, no steam room and no pool, they were are not in working condition. ☹️
It was a great day, very clean. I would not have expected this from this type of motel. I would recommend to everyone who is staying near or in marble falls. Be hot breakfast was good with eggs and sausage, biscuits bagels fresh fruit it was very clean.
The property was very nicely updated. Very clean, really nice all the way. We will stay here again. Do to social distancing we wanted out side doors , no halls, no elevators and a nice clear room and that’s exactly what we got.
We only needed a room for a night. Staff was beyond amazing. The room was clean and quiet. Everyone thing we needed for a one night stay. The price was very affordable.
The room was BEAUTIFUL, COLD AC, the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve ever slept in!! The property needs some upkeep. We were SHOCKED to learn there isn’t Bkfst ‘daily’ as it says. Restaurant only open Thursday-Sunday. So we only got Bkfst our last morning of the 3 we stayed.BUT OMG!! THE BEST FOOD EVER!!! So sad we only got to enjoy it 1 morning!! Another downside…the rooms are up the steepest stairs outside ever! That was a trial and a tribulation for me and my back to go up and down....
Our stay at this hotel was more than we could have hoped for! You can tell the hosts have poured their heart and soul into it. We had a lovely cabin with a beautiful lake view. It was very quiet. Our only issue was the condition of the furniture The mattress was a bit saggy. It took a few pulls to get to a standing position from sitting down on the futons and chairs. The kitchen and bathrooms were up to date. The porch was fabulous.
Lindsay the lady at the front desk was fantastic. She was able to find me a room for early check in since I had arrived at 11:00 am for a 1:00 pm funeral and needed to shower and change. She was amazing. She also found me some ice that night when I got back to my room and wanted to have a drink because the facility doesn't actually have an ice machine which is something they need to address is my opinion.
