Great stay!

This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever had. Every single employee we encountered was great. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The gym and indoor pool/ hot tub were probably the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel. All of the food we ate there was great. The linens on the bed were amazing. The only downside to staying there is that everything is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for!

Would stay more if I could bring my little dog. Pet friendly would be perfect

We were pretty much in and out, but we loved the atmosphere, the ease of checking in and out, and the fact that it was very clean and nice. I did like the vibe overall.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Seems the cleaning chemicals were mixed too strong. Floor were sticky and shower slippery due to extra chemicals.

This review is for a Deluxe Room, 2 Queen Beds, Accessible, Refrigerator & Microwave (Tub) – 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child – 1 Night Stay (Jul 13, 2025 - Jul 14, 2025). The location is excellent, very close to the airport. My partner was flying in too late to utilize the shuttle but it is available at this location from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Was a nice place .. parking not the greatest but felt safe

I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!

Very clean property inside and out, very friendly staff. And the breakfast buffet is one of a kind! Fresh, clean and a HUGE variety, nothing like other holiday express inns!!!

This property is clearly managed and maintained well. Clean, courteous, and quiet.

The entire property is very clean & the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer safe long-term, gated parking ($7 per day I believe) with free airport shuttle in a brand new cargo van. It runs every 20 minutes starting at 3am until late evening. Our driver Lee was a sweet older gentleman. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is just a short walk away from the tram that will take you to Union station or to the City Market by the river. The Downtown area may not have all the character of Crossroads or Westport but it is only a relatively short trip to reach those areas.

What a gem!! Super clean, incredible staff. Shout out to Kiersten who went above and beyond to make our large family comfortable. Pool is clean and wonderfully warm. Breakfast was good too. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and it’s friendly staff.

The rooms were clean and the service great. The room had a number of visual defects that could have used fixing to make the hotel stay perfect. Wall paper was scrunched up in the corner by the shower and grout lines broken in the bathroom. The room is fantastic at first glance, just minor defects that could have used made it flawless. I would stay again.
