The property was very nice, clean & quiet! The staff was amazing! I will always stay here when I come to KCMO!

I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is just a short walk away from the tram that will take you to Union station or to the City Market by the river. The Downtown area may not have all the character of Crossroads or Westport but it is only a relatively short trip to reach those areas.

This review is for a Deluxe Room, 2 Queen Beds, Accessible, Refrigerator & Microwave (Tub) – 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child – 1 Night Stay (Jul 13, 2025 - Jul 14, 2025). The location is excellent, very close to the airport. My partner was flying in too late to utilize the shuttle but it is available at this location from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Very fine and gracious staff. The location is right near the streetcar stop and kind of midway between the artsy stuff and downtown.

I love this place. I’m a return customer and I’ve been to lots of hotels around this area. This is definitely the best place to stop and it’s a very reasonable price. Staff or super everything about it is great.

Have to say this was on of the best hotels in the area. And the young Asian lady at the front desk was super nice.

The staff here was AMAZING. Everything was great but our staff interactions were by far the best part. We were there for our child’s medical appointment at Children’s Mercy and the hotel staff treated her like visiting royalty. We will 1000% be back here.

I LOVE THE KITCHEN AND FREE LAUNDRY. BUT THE BEST WAS JACKIE THE FRONT DESK PERSON. SHE IS AWESOME .

Was short but great - only struggle was parking bc my husband is disabled and all handicap places were taken bc hotel was very busy

We were pretty much in and out, but we loved the atmosphere, the ease of checking in and out, and the fact that it was very clean and nice. I did like the vibe overall.

We had a great time at the casino. Breakfast was convenient and yummy

Awesome place to stay overnight! ...although the front desk clerk was rude and couldn't be bothered to take a break from watching videos on his phone.

Very clean property inside and out, very friendly staff. And the breakfast buffet is one of a kind! Fresh, clean and a HUGE variety, nothing like other holiday express inns!!!
