Great stay!

The hotel is just a short walk away from the tram that will take you to Union station or to the City Market by the river. The Downtown area may not have all the character of Crossroads or Westport but it is only a relatively short trip to reach those areas.

This property is clearly managed and maintained well. Clean, courteous, and quiet.

Close airport leave my car they take me to airport.

Loved staying here for the Taylor Swift concert! Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and had some helpful tips for transport around the city. The area has every dining and shopping option you could want. Breakfast was also fantastic both days we were there. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip to KC!

The property was updated, very beautiful and clean. The staff were all very polite. We had the same staff who worked in the bar that waited on us every morning for breakfast very friendly and nice. Check in and check out was very easy. Pulling up to the hotel coming if interstate was concerning but once at the hotel, hotel staff are in the parking lot and it was safe and close to a lot of events and downtown. Everyone was friendly and my room was clean and it was pretty

Great central location. Well lit parking lot with EV charging on the south end of lot. Next door to a bar restaurant so a bit rowdy weekend nights. Security guards onsite which is good and bad I guess. Bring earplugs to sleep due to street noise. Clean modern decor. Helpful staff.

I love this place. I’m a return customer and I’ve been to lots of hotels around this area. This is definitely the best place to stop and it’s a very reasonable price. Staff or super everything about it is great.

I LOVE THE KITCHEN AND FREE LAUNDRY. BUT THE BEST WAS JACKIE THE FRONT DESK PERSON. SHE IS AWESOME .
