"The property is dishonest, I have rent a room with 2 doble beds with bathroom and they gave us a room for 7 people located on the backyard, with one wall of a bathroom with tiles. When we asked for our room they excused themselves by blaming Expedia. Terrible, I have read the other comments but I thought it was not true. We lost our money booking there."

Necesitan poner más información y fotos reales del hotel las fotos que están allí publicadas no son las del hotel que fui aparte hay dos Hyatt y cuando llegas al aeropuerto te llevan al que no es para cobrarte más dinero por eso deberían poner las especificaciones bien y las fotos reales de donde vas a estar gracias
Nice location, surrounded by other big name hotels. Area is very safe. Several restaurants within a 2 minute walk and 2 convenience stores within a 2 minute walk. The hotel has someone at the front that will call a cab for you 24 hours a day. We tried the Bar, great selection. Breakfast was amazing, huge variety.

El hotel es uno de lujo, la habitación, el balcón, el área del comedor en fin todas las facilidades del hotel son precioso. Durante la estadía el personal te trata super bien. Quede enamorada de Bogotá y de la forma como las personas te tratan. El hotel está bien ubicado, todo está céntrico, el shopping, los restaurantes y lugares para beber. Excelente para disfrutar en pareja y en familia.
¡Gran experiencia! La habitación fue muy cómoda, el lugar comercial y cerca de cualquier transporte así como restaurantes y cafés. El personal fue siempre muy amable y me dieron muchas facilidades para mis actividades 🙌

This is now my "go to" hotel in Bogota. I shall return on a regular basis. The rooms are spectacular, and so is the breakfast (I had eggs Benedict every morning), the exercise facilities, and, of course, the spa. The shopping and restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel are indeed plentiful. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, and friendly. This should be your "go to" hotel in Bogota, as it now is for me.
WE HAD A VERY NICE STAY. WE NEEDED EARLY CHECK IN AND HAD A ROOM BY 10AM. THEY LET US STAY IN THE ROOM UNTIL 2PM ON CHECK OUT DAY AND WE USE THE SPA UNTIL 5PM BEFORE HEADING TO THE AIRPORT.
