"The hotel was close to the highway, but quiet. We went to get into the pool and discovered that the heater was not working. When we told the woman at the front desk, she was surprised and offered to upgrade us to a room with a jacuzzi and said that it would be fixed asap. We returned a week later, and the pool was fixed. The entire staff at SureStay was very pleasant and helpful."
