My son goes to Lane College there in Jackson, me and my wife have tried a couple of hotels before this one ..all bad experiences...this hotel is the total opposite, friendly staff, clean rooms, overall nice environment...we stay here everytime we come to Jackson now ..a number of restaurants near by and shopping area.. pleasant stay, we drive all the way from Dallas and this is the only hotel we have been satisfied with, no issues thus far . awesome staff

I don’t know if this hotel is new or just newly remodeled. It’s very nice. The single piece shade for the window eliminates that center window gap for light and lack of privacy. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff was nice. I liked the area to purchase drinks and snacks so I didn’t have to go out for them. Hot breakfast was good except they only had sausage as the meat which gives me heartburn. They had a GF cereal. My only complaint is these big bottles of toiletries instead of...

Jordan at the front desk has gone out of her way to help us several times. The staff at the bistro are also extremely helpful and friendly. All of the maintenance and housekeeping staff seem to be doing a great job. Very clean, prompt, polite, professional staff all the way around. This was my first visit at this location in Jackson. OMG I can’t rave enough about this property!!! First off I use a black light in every hotel because I like to ensure it’s clean. It passed with flying colors. However the absolute highlight of our stay was the fact that I left my wedding ring on the nightstand the day we checked out and not only did the hotel secure it they tracked me down via social media to contact me and return it!!!!! I am soooo thankful because I was sweating bullets having to tell my husband I lost my wedding ring ON...
