Very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is far better and more diverse than most. Quiet, non smoking and no pets, just the way we like it.

This is the perfect place to rest your tired travel bones if you are doing Old Route 66 thru Missouri. We felt we got a true experience of Route 66 from back in the day. Motel was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of fancy stuff but wonderful for the experience travel of the past. Owners were pleasant. They gave us keys to 2 rooms to check which one we preferred. The mint green appliances in the room, even a rotatory phone may you feel you were back in the 60's & 70's. Breakfast is simple...

We stayed in the cottages while we were attending a sports event. The property is well-maintained and, Christa, the owner, is very warm and accommodating. We had to arrive late, and she willingly met us later as the front desk had closed. There are several unique services you can choose to use if you wish. There is also a small café that you can utilize. We had two smoothies that were awesome. We were quite busy during our stay, and I wish we had had more time to stop, relax and soak up...

I found nothing to complain about. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean throughout. Room was very nice! Close to everything.

Nice older motel, super nice staff, Comfortable beds, clean inside and out.

Staff was great. Polite, professional and attentive. Newer hotel with a bar/ restaurant in the lobby. Big parking lot.

Good service

I arrived at approximately 5pm. Check in was quick and easy and my request for a room located away from the road noise was accommodated with no fuss. I stayed two nights and did not have any problems with noisy neighbors, children running in the hallway,etc.

We have spent several nights at this property, and the rooms and staff are great. But.... They charge $3.00 to park in their parking lot, or even if you park in the parking lot of the restaurant next door. Everyone who stays here drives here, I mean its next to I-44, and Joplin only has two incoming flights a day which only hold 50 Passengers each. Do the right thing and drop that petty charge that detracts from this nice property.

We went on a couples night out on a Thursday so it wasn’t very busy. When everyone says you can smell the smoke from the casino, there wasn’t any. The desk guy says on busy or concert night it probably is smoky. Room was clean and quiet. Ample parking. Good breakfast. Will return soon

Everything and everyone was friendly, welcoming, pool was very clean as were the rooms.

Hotel was super clean, easy to get to right on I44 good restaurant next door with a discount from hotel. will stay here again

Great location and friendly people

From the moment we walked in and greeted by the young gal @ front desk we had a great experience. The beds and bedding were super comfortable and the air was very fresh! Great price and near so many restaurants and gas stations for our travels.

This was an INCREDIBLE find on Hotels.com. I just needed a place to crash overnight on a long road trip, so didn't want to spend too much. It was a pleasant surprise to actually get a GREAT VALUE out of this experience. Curbside appeal was great, front desk staff checking in/out were super-friendly and helpful, the parking lot was clean and well-lit, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable -- just a great value overall.
