"This was a very cute and amazingly fkash from the past experience. Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the presidential suite and loved it. Very clean amd romantic. Only issue was a sign outside making noise so loud we coule hear it all night but naustalgia i guess. Hubby experienced a bit of paranormal noises. Lady crying and a few other things but i slept like a baby. Would stay again."

"Safety concern was that the room door was open when we arrived so i had my family stay by the elevator while i checked out the room. When i went inside it looks like someone had come in and jumped all over the bed it was messy. We slipped in the bathroom numerous times and the door did not latch right so we had to keep the door open most times. There is no really free amenities except for the pool and fitness but it was freezing cold couldnt stay more than 10 min. And then the people around us sounded like they were having a wrestling match. I wouldnt recommend people staying here if they want to stay awake all night."

"easy parking in the AM, but front parking was full on friday after 8pm, had to park on the back of building. room carpet felt really worn out so had to keep sandals or at least socks on. but it was clean and so was the rest of the room. staff was really tentative and friendly but once you find them, they didnt stay by the lobby. breakfast 7 to 9, but at 8am there was nothing left on the hotplate, just cereal and salty coffee. pool was on the chilli side but it was clean and not smelly of chemicals. not perfect but a good stay and the price made it even better"

"Free breakfast was not offered. We were told its only available Saturday and Sunday. Staff were rude and short with us when we had questions. The whole place smelled like smoke even though we paid for a smoke free room."

"The staff was exceptional. We had a small issue with our room, and it was taken care of very quickly. Throughout our stay everyone made sure our stay was everything we expected. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Hot tub was warm enough but jets weren't working. Gym was shut down and when I went to my room, two people were in it!"
