"My husband and I have been going to Eureka Springs for a while now, and it was our first time staying at the candlewick inn and it was great! The only complaint was it was supposed to be reserve now pay later and we were charged before we got there my husband and I like to see what we are getting into before paying because pictures can be deceiving when it comes to some hotels."

"Overall it was a great accommodation! I was very impressed with the screened in porch, I hadn’t realized it was screened in. Was probably our favorite area to sit. I have only 2 complaints and 2 suggestions (which none of these would deter me from staying her again) Suggestion: 1. getting the master tub looked at, the bottom is uneven. 2. The Roku in the 2nd bedroom was not working. Complaints: 1. The pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced. My 16yo nephew woke up with back pain, he even used the mattress cushion that was in the closet. 2. There were towels left in the washer that I had to remove to do our clothes. "
