"The place was in ill repair. Smoke detectors chipping, the elevator was filthy. The continental breakfast had oranges that were so old they were brown, shriveled and hard. Would not recommend. "

"I moved 4 times after checking in. I notified the property in advance that I would be checking in late due to work and was assured I would have no problems only to be met with a laundry list of them. I arrived around 1:30am& was given a room that did not match the description for what I paid for with a toilet that didn’t flush. There was no staff physically at the front desk, so we had to walk back to the kiosk where a virtual agent addressed all concerns. The agent was unable to properly direct us to our rooms&could only provide a map in which she didn’t understand how to read due to not being on site. After three failed attempts walking in 30 degree weather, I happened to run into the groundskeeper who was taking someone else to their room and he directed me to the 2nd room. Room 2 had zero mirrors& a broken faucet with no knob. the bathroom area also looked very questionable and everything appeared to be installed either in a rush or with no real consideration for the guests. There was hair all over the floor from previous guests and the bathtub constantly filled up when the shower was running. Room 3 was in another building with little to no lighting and had a strong putrid cigarette smell. The room also didn’t match what I paid for and had a moldy&smoky odor. The kiosk agent finally offered half an apology when I went back and offered to place me in “the best room we have tomorrow” which never happened. I didn’t move into a room until 3am. Unacceptable "

"This place is a DUMP! The hotel needs a complete renovation. In room 301 the ceiling was falling down, the dry bar was a mess! The second room was also a mess - incomplete paint job and other necessary repairs. The third room was barely OK, the shower rod repair that they did was terrible, the bath tub was very slippery, you can not see thru the outside windows. The windows need to be replaced throughout the building. You could hear the person stomping around in room above, which kept us up until 1am. We expect more from Comfort Inn. "

"Having breakfast was a reason I selected it and it was very underwhelming. Options were a muffin the first day and bread the next 2, cereal and only one milk option(an alternative choice would have been greatly appreciated) and diy waffles with sugarFULL syrup(a sugarfree version should be provided) the counter was a mess! Adding bacon, eggs, and some fresh fruit besides mandarins that were bruised and black spotted would really bring it up, maybe some yogurt cups as well. Like view was nice and the geese were great alarm clocks"
