Beautiful rooms and property! The staff was friendly and quick to help with issues, the beds were big and comfortable, and the Oregon themed decor throughout was appreciated. The restaurant food was okay, but the breakfast was heaven for those with a sweet tooth. Mango coffee cake, zucchini/blueberry/chocolate muffins, apple crumble, honey greek and mango yogurt, all so good. They gave us a box to take some treats on the road!

BW hotels vary greatly in quality. This one was really a winner. I have paid much more for much worse. Large airy and spotless room. Good lighting. Comfortable chairs and enough of them. Comfortable bed. For a shopping strip, chain, mid-level motel, one could hardly ask for more.

The guy at the front desk was awesome. Best and fastest check in I ever had. Very courteous and friendly. He deserves a raise!

Any problems I had were not because of the motel. Family trips are always stressful. The rooms were clean and the staff was awesome.

I loved the location of this hotel. Staffs were very kind!

The room style was old fashion motel and small. However, it was very clean and well kept. What amazed me was how quiet it was. I slept well and that was so important.

My three adult daughters and I had a girls weekend in Portland recently and stayed at the Woodlark. The hotel is beautifully decorated (we did a little impromptu photo shoot in the lobby :) ). We went to relax and enjoy a couple days together the hot tub was so small i barely fit in it and im 5 foot 5 definitely cant fit two adults in it that was disappointing

This is such a nice hotel. Lots of little conveniences. Rooms are big. Mini food shopping for all your sweet tooth needs. Free fresh coffee in the mornings. Restaurant on site or others close driving distance. I highly recommend this hotel

The Grand Hotel is truly grand. Beautiful lobby, very nice staff, clean rooms, easy access off I-5 (but no noise), free and ample parking. We will stay again if any future trips to the Portland area are planned.

While the exterior of the building is weathered, our room was bright and clean. The air conditioner worked very well, and the hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating even though we had a few requests for extra towels and ice bags. Also: THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER IS AMAZING.
