The campground is beautiful and quiet. We booked a family tent which was pretty roomy for myself, husband, 12 & 14-year-olds. The bathroom was a short walk away and was well maintained and appointed with amenities. Towels were soft and fluffy. The creek is beautiful for wading. We didn’t do the cold plunge or hot tub but enjoyed the sauna. We had a minor issue with our ac and it was dealt with swiftly. Great communication with the owner. All around great place to stay.
Not a large selection of much of anything close by but that’s because the whole resort is sort of at the end of a peninsula. Had to drive 25 miles into town to get a phone cord, but I expected that. The facility is fabulous and the golf course is amazing!!! Just bring everything you need and you’ll be awe inspired.
This place was perfect for our romantic getaway!! We’re already looking at dates to return. Communication was excellent. They called when we were running late to give us checkin instructions. They also called us to let us know the jets in the jacuzzi tub were not working and they couldn’t get the repairman out until Monday. They offered to switch rooms or a discount.
