"Be sure to ask if your room is on 2nd floor if you have heavy luggage you have to go up stairs. The place was on a pretty river with pool etc but in need of some fresh paint and updating. The room was cute. Bed was very soft and door didn’t lock unless you were inside. Staff was friendly. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the beds appeared to be made upon arrival, the sheets were clearly not clean—there was visible lipstick smeared on them, which was very concerning. We contacted the front desk and requested fresh sheets. While they did provide new ones, we were simply handed the sheets and had to change the bedding ourselves, which is not what I would expect from a hotel stay. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations, and I hope improvements are made to ensure a better experience for future guests."

"The bed was comfortable, but there was blood smears on the door and outside the room on the ground. There were scratches all on the bathroom door, as if someone locked their dog in there (all day long). They said that they had a breakfast “buffet. It was NOT! They had a pancake maker, but it was broken. They didn’t have eggs, waffles, or sausages like they had in their pictures. They had some biscuits, but they were stone cold. Very disappointed at this Quality Inn, because I usually like to stay at Quality Inn’s."
