The property is located within walking distance of several restaurants. There are additional restaurants with a mile drive of the hotel. There are also drug stores, gas stations and a Walmart nearby.

Property management was excellent but Expedia canceled our reservation. So Expedia really sucked.

To avoid the "usual" motel/hotels in close proximity to i 95 corridor, I searched and found this gem of a place about 20 miles off the mainline; it was well worth the extra drive. The hotel was immaculate, appointed beautifully, and staffed with efficient, knowledgeable, and kind folks. My room was the same. I was greatly relieved and did not feel the need to do my usual inspection. I introduced myself by tripping at the entrance due to imbalance of my own making, carrying too many...

Kim was a wonderful person to check us in. Put us in a quiet room after a long day of travel. Suites were clean; lobby was bright!

Coming off I-95 the property is on the left with a narrow entrance sandwiched between a Hampton Inn and a Wendy’s exit. I missed it the first time. I’m not sure whether this is a new property or an old motel that was renovated and rebranded as a Best Western hotel. In any case it is well maintained and attractive. It’s a couple of miles from downtown Manning so eating options are basically fast food. Breakfast buffet was OK. Good value.

From the friendly welcome from the staff, to easy check in, to a very modern, well kept room, I don't know how it could have been better! The beds are the best! The free breakfast was much more than we expected. Eggs, Sausage, waffles, everything you could want. I was so impressed, we looked up another Baymont Inn for our return trip. They now have a customer for life!

Location was a little far off I-95 but once you got there there was a lot of shopping food and activities to partake in. I read the reviews before I booked and read a lot of poor reviews but I don't agree with any of them! I don't know what kind of people expect a super 8 to be luxurious but of course it won't be.
