Everything was great

There were kids running up and down the hall this morning making a lot of noise otherwise it was good.

We were only there for one night but the staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was convenient, the lobby was welcoming and the room was clean and cozy. I will definitely be back.

Great property and staff, only downsides are pay parking, lack of free coffee stand in lobby because there is a Starbucks counter instead, and the streets around the hotel have some of the most aggressive panhandlers I have seen even compared to San Fransisco or other large cities.

Clean room and public areas. Practical design of the rooms. Definitely newly built. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. They kept it replenished throughout the 630-900 service time. Staff was professional and friendly. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

The hotel has been open for about 1 month. The rooms are very large and comfortable, equipped with a mini kitchen. It is conducive to long stays and would work well for business travellers. The staff was extremely friendly. This is my hotel of choice when staying in this area just north of Birmingham.

The room was fantastic and Much bigger than expected. It very clean and fresh sheets and pillows everyday. It was extremely homey aND the water pressure was outstanding. I travel for work and am always looking for deals. This hotel was better by far than 3 and 4 star hotels in the same area. I will be sticking with them from now on.
